The results of the Management Aptitude Test (MAT), held in February 2015 are out and are available on the official MAT website: https://www.aima.in/testing-services/mat/mat.html. The candidates can check their scores by clicking on the link provided on the home page and feed in their roll no and their form no. MAT February 2015 was conducted in two modes, the paper based mode was conducted on 1st February 2015 and the online test was conducted from 7th February 2015 across numerous centres all over India.
After getting the MAT scores, the candidates can apply to management schools that accept MAT scores for admission. Some of the management schools that accept MAT scores like Christ College, Bangalore, Indian Institute of Finance, Alliance Business Academy, Bangalore, and Delhi Business School etc. However, if a candidate is not satisfied with the scores, he/she can apply again for MAT 2015 May.
MAT is organised by All India Management Association (AIMA) multiple times in a year. It is a ministry of HRD approved aptitude test recognised by more than 600 B- schools all over India and even some B- schools internationally. MAT will continue as an entrance test for PGDM institutions across India as per Supreme Court of India on 18th February 2013. MAT can be attempted by graduates in any discipline or final year students of graduate courses.
How to take the test
A candidate can choose to take either the paper based test or the computer based test. The paper based test will be conducted on 3 May 2015 while the computer based test will commence from 9 May 2015. The duration of the computer based test will depend on the number of candidates registered.
How to Apply
The registrations for the test are expected to start from the 1st week of March 2015. The registration fee for the test is INR 1200/-.Registrations can be done either online on the official link: http://apps.aima.in/matmay15 with Credit Card/Debit Card (ATM Card) or by obtaining a demand draft in the name of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any Bank. The registration forms will be available at all AIMA nodal centres starting from the second week of March 2015. The last date for sale of the application form is 18 April 2015 will the last date for submission of duly filled application forms is 21 April 2015. The forms can be submitted at AIMA, New Delhi.
The provisionally registered candidates will be able to download their Admit Card from AIMA website link: http://apps.aima.in/matadmitcard.aspx starting from 25 April 2015. The admit card will contain the Candidate’s Name, Form No, Roll No, Test Date, Test Time and Test Venue Address. He/she needs to strictly follow the date and time allotted to him/her in the case of Computer Based Test.
